Is pretty pissed off right now, but is able to keep her smiley face on when she
is dealing with customers. Right now she's helping out somebody who wants
to know when a new N*Sync CD comes out. She knows there isn't a new
CD coming out yet, but the stupid customer won't take her word for it, so
she's looking it up on the computer anyways. Josh is chillin' right next to her,
which is cool because Sonia likes Josh-- he's a cool guy and a good friend.
What's made her so mad is that the department Supervisor, Joseph, just came
by and decided to give her a little pep-talk about not talking so much, and
focusing more on sales. It really frustrates her because she doesn't even try to
talk with everybody, all the guys just try to come up and chat with her, whether
they be employees or customers; but then she gets in trouble for it. Plus, she
still does a better job in the department than most everybody else, yet
Joseph still wants to get rid of her.
