District Department Manager
Is getting fairly angry right now. This store has not performed well in months,
and it is obvious as to why by just standing here and watching the behaviors
that exist here. Sonia is wasting her time at the computer when she could be
offering some accessories or CD storage to customers. Josh is standing next
to her doing God-knows what. If it were up to Terry he'd fire him right now
on the spot. There's somebody in the videogames section who isn't doing a
damned thing other than chatting with a customer, even though there is a father
and son waiting to be helped with accessories right behind him! And then
there is Robert, who isn't doing anything but run around and look for stuff for
people, when he could be selling accessories and other high mark-up items.
Why does he waste his time with those bull-shit CD's and DVD's?? He should
just tell the customers, "if you don't see it, we don't have it!" and walk away.
The General Manager, Stan, was just saying that the Supervisor, Joseph,
was doing a decent job with the department, but Terry isn't seeing that. At
least the department Senior, Danny, is having a good sale right now.
