their grandchild who wants one for Christmas. The salesman, Danny M.,
seems very helpful and informative. Although Crystal does not know much
about video games, she thinks the salesman knows exactly what he is talking
about and she feels very comfortable buying something from him. She wishes
he was on commission so he would get a good bonus from this sale.
