Waited in the Computer Department for 45 minutes with his wife and nobody
would help them. He got fed up when some gangster looking kid told him to
"just be patient", and he grabbed his wife's wrist and said they were leaving.
He grabbed his daughter from the videogames and began to leave, vowing
never to return to such a horrible place of business.
