Is trying to look up the availability of the Avril Lavigne CD, but she can't
figure out how to work this stupid computer. She asked a salesman where
to find it but he rudely said he was busy and and told her to look it up. She
really hates the customer service at this place. Plus the employee was old
and had his chest hairs showing, which seems very unprofessional.
