Is shopping with his wife, Robyn, for an operating system for their PC. They
want Windows XP, but all they saw on the shelf were empty boxes. An
employee walking by told him that he could not help, but he did page
somebody over the intercom to come to their assistance. Unfortunately, it has
been five minutes and still nobody has come. Donald is getting fed up with this
lousy customer service.
