Is looking for a new version of Microsoft Office for his home computer. He
does have an older version in his PC right now, but even an upgrade will cost
him over $300!!! What a rip-off! Microsoft is such a big company, Adam is
sure they could get by without charging so much for their software!!! He thinks
he is going to give that MSN rep at the front of the store a piece of his mind as
he leaves!
