COMMENTARY

• The reason that the employee in the comic book does not get the Playstation 2 for the customer seems to imply that he is just lazy. But there are supposed to be other implications. I was specifically instructed by a Senior, as well as fellow Product Specialists that at one point we were to walk customers that were not going to purchase accessories or replacement plans.
